New Class Schedule: Head to Toe Hustle, our new class, meets Monday and Wednesday at 5:00pm. The class is taught by Cyndi Johnson.
Zumba now meets on Tuesday and Thursday at 5:30pm, and Saturday at 10:00am. The class is taught by Gyermo.

There are programs for all levels — the beginner through the experienced athlete. We offer relaxing stress management classes, as well as challenging aerobic workouts. Group fitness classes include Power Pump, Senior Fitness, Total Body, Step/Sculpt/Abs, Fat Blaster, Step Aerobics and Yoga. We also offer Self Defense and Fencing for all ages.

FOREVER FIT SENIORS POWER
High/low aerobics choreography that combines
levels of impact; can be modified by the
participant to increase or reduce intensity
and impact. High/Low aerobics coupled
with Straight up Strength weight training
is an all body conditioning utilizing tubing

H.I.T. HIGH INTENSITY TRAINING

FOREVER FIT SENIORS
A complete exercise class just for Seniors.
The class includes warm-up, stretching,
strength building exercises and fun low impact
aerobic routine. Music includes all your
favorites from the Big Bands, Broadway and

Do you like Boot Camp,
Spin, Step, but you don’t have all day?
This is the class for you ALL IN ONE!! That
will leave your heart pounding and begging
for more continuous stations keep the
class exciting and over before you know it.
A dynamic and fun approach to
fitness that incorporates cardiovascular
and strength training. Zumba borrows
dances from Latin America (Salsa,
Merengue, Mambo), Hip Hop and
kickboxing set to the music that motivates
you to shake your body. ALL LEVELS can
participate in Zumba, but fun is a must.
Ab work that’s absolutely awesome! This 30-minute class
doesn’t just emphasize the abdominals
– all the core muscles of the body are
strengthened as well. The workout is set
to high energy, upbeat music.YOGA: A
unique class. Stretches are based on
traditional yoga poses. Easy to follow.
Terrific for everyone. Join us and enjoy

CARDIO BOOT CAMP
This class keeps you moving and burning fat from the first
minute to the very end! Boot camp is a
combo of strength, cardio, endurance, core

abdominal work that focuses on toning

Senior Fitness Program
SENIOR FITNESS is a complete exercise class just for seniors. The 60 minute class includes warm-up, stretching, and a fun low impact aerobic routine, followed by resistance exercises to improve strength and endurance.
